New York City is the most diverse city of the world. People from around the world come to New York City and decorate this city with their languages, foods, music, culture and much more.
If you would like to taste the diversity of New York, you can simply take so-called international line subway #7 train and stop to any station in Queens. If you are precisely interested about South Asian people, culture and food, you should get off at Roosevelt Avenue, Jackson Heights and roam around 37th Avenue and 74th Street area. You can see images of Nepal, Bangladesh, India, Tibet, and Pakistan.
Recently, I spend sometime around the Diversity Plaza located on 37th Avenue and 74th street and captured some diverse faces. I love the diversity of Queens but always feel sad to see Pan stains around the street and Diversity Plaza. Have you been to Diversity Plaza? What do you think of these images? I would appreciate your comments and suggestions.
